Care Instructions:
To prolong the life of your T-ZONE™ Neoprene Wrist Brace, hand wash using a mild detergent. Can also be machine-washed in cold water, delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry and store in the T-ZONE™ carrying case.

How to Wear:
Place the end of the brace without the fastener against the wrist and pin down with that hand. Use the inside fastener to help you keep the brace on while adjusting to a comfortable tightness. Use your free hand to pull the tightening strap around. Fix the outside fastener end at a comfortable compression. Do not wear the strap at an uncomfortable tightness. Do not wear the brace all the time - only when the wrist is in danger of excessive strain. Fits both right and left.
