Care instructions:
To prolong the life of your T-ZONE™ Neoprene Elbow 
Brace, hand wash using a mild detergent. Can also be machine-washed in cold water, delicate cycle. Lay flat to 
dry and store in the T-ZONE™ carrying case.

How to Wear:
Place the support over the elbow point, and pull the tightening straps around the forearm and bicep. Fix the fastener ends to the support at a comfortable compression. Do not wear the straps at an uncomfortable tightness. Do 
not wear the brace all the time - only when the elbow is in danger of excessive strain. Fits both right and left.
