Care Instructions:
To prolong the life of your T-ZONE™
20-in-1 Therapeutic Wrap, hand
wash using a mild detergent. Can also be machine-washed
in cold water, delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry and
store in the T-ZONE™ carrying case.
To Use:
Neck:
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into a
strap's pouches if
desired. Wrap the strap around the neck, ensuring
the pouches fall on the effected area if they are
being used. Close the fastener at a comfortable compression.
Shoulder:
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into the
brace's pouches if desired. Attach the two straps
together and attach this to the brace at one corner.
Attach two corners of the brace to form a sleeve,
and slide the brace on to the forearm of the affected
side. Use the straps to secure the other end of the
brace, reaching the straps around to attach to the
remaining corner.
Wrist:
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into a
strap's pouches if
desired. Press the non-fastener end against your wrist
and wrap the strap around, ensuring the pouches fall
on the effected area if they are being used. Close
the fastener at a comfortable compression.
Forearm - you have 2 options:
1. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into
a strap's pouches if desired. Press the non-fastener
end against your arm and wrap the strap around, working
away from the hand. Ensure the pouches fall on the
effected area if they are being used. Close the fastener
at a comfortable compression.
2. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into the large brace if
desired. Centre your forearm in the middle of the
brace and fold the ends
around, attaching at a comfortable compression.
Biceps - you have 2 options:
1. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into
a strap's pouches if desired. Press the non-fastener
end against your arm and wrap the strap around, working
away from the hand. Ensure the pouches fall on the
effected area if they are being used. Close the fastener
at a comfortable compression.
2. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into the large brace if
desired. Centre your bicep in the middle of the brace
and fold the ends around, attaching at a comfortable
compression.
Elbow - You have 3 options.
1. Insert magnet packs
or hot/cold compresses into a strap's pouches if desired.
Press the non-fastener end against your elbow and
wrap the strap around, ensuring the pouches fall on
the effected area if they are being used. Close the
fastener at a comfortable compression.
2. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into a strap's pouches if desired. Attach
one strap to the end of the other using the fastener.
Press the non-fastener end against your elbow and
wrap the strap around, ensuring the pouches fall on
the effected area if they are being used. Close the
fastener at a comfortable compression.
3. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into the large brace if
desired. Centre your elbow in the middle of the brace
and fold the ends around, attaching at a comfortable
compression.
Back:
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into the
brace if desired. Attach the straps to one side of
the brace. Centre the back in the brace and wrap the
straps around to attach to the other side, either
in an "X" fashion or straight across depending
on size. Close at a comfortable compression.
Knee - You have 2 options.
1. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into a strap's pouches if desired. Attach
one strap to the end of the other using the fastener.
Press the non-fastener end against your knee and wrap
the strap around, ensuring the pouches fall on the
effected area if they are being used. Close the fastener
at a comfortable compression.
2. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into the large brace if
desired. Centre your kneecap in the middle of the
brace and fold the ends around, attaching at a comfortable
compression.
Hamstring:
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into the
large brace if desired. Attach one strap to a corner
of the large brace. Centre the back of your leg (hamstring)
in the middle of the brace, keeping the side with
the strap to the top. Close the fastener near the
knee and use the strap to help close the brace near
the top of the leg.
Calf:
Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into the
large brace if desired. Centre the calf in the middle
of the brace and fold the ends around, attaching at
a comfortable compression.
Ankle - You have 3 options:
1. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold compresses into
a strap's pouches if desired. Press the non-fastener
end against your ankle and wrap the strap around,
ensuring the pouches fall on the effected area if
they are being used. Close the fastener at a comfortable
compression.
2. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into a strap's pouches if desired. Attach
one strap to the end of the other using the fastener.
Press the non-fastener end against your ankle and
wrap the strap around, ensuring the pouches fall on
the effected area if they are being used. Close the
fastener at a comfortable compression.
3. Insert magnet packs or hot/cold
compresses into the large brace if
desired. Centre your foot in the middle of the brace
and tuck the
non-fastener corners in against the skin. Attach the
fasteners at a
comfortable compression.
